A little about me.....

I was born in Ireland, but I moved to Wisconsin with my family when I was eleven.  I went to junior high and high school in Mequon, Wisconsin before going to University of Iowa in 1997.  Though I started out as a Journalism/English major, it didn't take me long to figure out that I was more suited for teaching than reporting.  I switched majors to Education/English and have never regretted my decision.

I've been teaching at TF North since 2003.  This year, I will teach English 10, English 11, Contemporary Issues.  I love teaching at North and feel like I have learned a lot about myself as a teacher and a person since becoming a teacher here.

I look forward to another exciting year meeting new students, parents, and guardians and sharing many new learning experiences.  Please feel to contact me at any time through e-mail or the phone (Click on "Contact Ms. Jordan" link).
